Here’s the audio version as well, in case you’re like me
(I love listening, besides reading).
Through the course of our lives we’ve all had many thousands of dreams about what we would like to do or be. Some of those dreams are successfully revealed when we are soundly asleep; others we can enjoy in the awaken state (day dreaming).
In both cases those dreams have a very powerful effect in our brain because -as we previously mentioned- every creation begins with a single thought, followed by a strong emotion in that regard.
It is important to clarify, though, that we are referring to the dreams in which we are the only individuals affected directly, since no one is able to create in somebody else’s life… that would be not only invasive but it would also require to make use of some practices like hypnosis, and that is not what this is about!
So those daydreams, or visualizations about ourselves, are perfectly reachable and feasible. What could prevent us from making them a reality? Very simple: the result is directly associated to the image that we have of ourselves. This also affects the way we relate to every person around us, and the result we get in our romantic relationships as well.
Changing this situation is not as complicated as it might sound like; however, it requires attention, intention and consistency in order to establish new habits, a renovated perception of self and life, and ultimately our determination to be joyful, which is the key to success!
Have a wonderful rest of the week!
